Perfect for those who value data-driven insights, the InBody 580 empowers you to track your transformation in real-time, so you can fine-tune your training and nutrition for ultimate results. Experience the difference that precision makes. The test takes about 30 seconds and provides a results sheet to reveal vital insights. The assessment is available on its own or you can pair it with a consultation (about 30 minutes) where we will use the data to help us guide your fitness journey and create strategic plans to get desired results. Members will receive a discounted rate of $26 for the assessment.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable. To ensure the best experience for all our clients and to respect the time of our trainers, we have the following cancellation policy in place: Cancellation Window: If you need to cancel a session, we kindly ask that you provide at least 12 hours' notice. Late Cancellation/No Show: Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled session or failure to attend will result in losing credit for that session. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a high-quality experience for everyone!
